2. Eligibility

  • Employers must be authorized to hire on behalf of their company.
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years old to apply or join the talent network.
  • By using our services, you confirm that you have the authority to enter into this agreement.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Employers: Provide accurate job descriptions, hiring requirements, and feedback during the recruiting process. Employers are responsible for final hiring decisions and compliance with employment laws.
  • Candidates: Provide truthful information about skills, experience, and eligibility for employment. Falsifying information may result in removal from the talent network.
  • All Users: Agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt services, or engage in unlawful activity.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Employers using Advantage Recruiting services agree to the stated pricing model (e.g., $5,000/month per active role, unless otherwise negotiated).
  • Payment terms and schedules are outlined in employer agreements.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Digital Candidate Profiles and Assessments

  • Candidate information (resumes, videos, assessments, recruiter notes) is shared only with employers who are actively hiring through Advantage Recruiting.
  • Employers may not disclose, distribute, or misuse candidate profiles outside of legitimate recruiting purposes.

6. Confidentiality

  • Both employers and candidates agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the recruiting process.
  • Advantage Recruiting will take reasonable measures to protect confidential data but is not responsible for disclosures beyond its control.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Advantage Recruiting website — including text, graphics, branding, and technology — is owned by Advantage Recruiting and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • Users may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

  • Advantage Recruiting does not guarantee that any candidate will be hired or that any employer will find a suitable candidate.
  • All hiring decisions are the responsibility of the employer.
  • Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Advantage Recruiting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to services is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
