This role leads the end-to-end user-experience process, transforming research insights into intuitive wireframes, prototypes, and finalized interfaces. The UX Designer collaborates with product, engineering, and research teams to ensure designs solve real user problems and meet business objectives.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to uncover pain points
- Creating personas, journey maps, and user flows to guide design decisions
- Building low- and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes in Figma/Sketch
- Iterating on designs based on qualitative feedback and quantitative metrics
- Defining and enforcing accessibility and usability standards across products
The UX Designer also contributes to a shared design system and documents design patterns. Key metrics include task success rate, time-to-complete flows, and user satisfaction (CSAT).
