The Social Media Manager ensures a consistent brand voice and optimal use of platform features.
Key functions include:
- Crafting monthly and quarterly social strategies for LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Producing and scheduling organic posts, stories, and short-form videos in scheduling tools
- Engaging with audience comments, messages, and user-generated content to foster community
- Running paid social tests—audience segments, creative formats, landing pages—to improve CPL
- Reporting on reach, engagement, conversion, and sentiment using native analytics and third-party tools
This role partners with Content, Paid Media, and PR to align messaging across channels. Success is gauged by follower growth, engagement rate, social-driven MQLs, and share-of-voice benchmarks.
