The Product Designer is responsible for driving the end-to-end design of digital products—from initial user research and wireframing through high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes—ensuring that every feature aligns with user needs and business goals. This role partners closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Researchers to craft intuitive, visually compelling experiences that delight users and drive adoption.

Working in a collaborative, agile environment, the Product Designer will translate complex concepts into clear, engaging interfaces. Your work will span strategic discovery, detailed interaction design, visual styling, and hands-on prototyping, with a strong emphasis on usability, accessibility, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research & Discovery
  • Plan and conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to uncover pain points and validate design hypotheses
  • Synthesize insights into personas, customer journey maps, and opportunity areas
• Interaction & Visual Design
  • Develop low-fidelity wireframes and user flows to iterate on structure and functionality
  • Create pixel-perfect, high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Define and apply design principles—typography, color systems, iconography—to ensure visual consistency
• Design System Stewardship
  • Build and maintain a living design system in Figma, including reusable components, design tokens, and documentation
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement and refine component libraries (e.g., Storybook)
• Validation & Iteration
  • Facilitate usability tests and A/B experiments, incorporating data (heatmaps, analytics) to iterate on designs
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to track UX metrics—task completion rates, time-on-task, and user satisfaction
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Participate in agile ceremonies—stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives—to align on priorities and deliverables
  • Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, gather feedback, and maintain version control

Success in this role is measured by improved product metrics (engagement, activation, retention), the quality and scalability of the design system, and the ability to deliver cohesive user experiences that meet both user needs and business objectives.
