The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating a wide range of visual assets that support marketing, sales, and brand initiatives across both digital and print channels. Working from established brand guidelines, this role translates concepts into polished designs that effectively communicate key messages and drive engagement.
In this position, the Graphic Designer collaborates closely with Marketing, Content, UX, and external vendors to produce on-brand graphics for social media, email campaigns, websites, trade shows, and printed materials. The role requires balancing creativity with consistency, ensuring all assets align with the organization’s visual identity and meet technical specifications for each medium.
Operating in a fast-paced environment, the Graphic Designer manages multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities and deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail. Clear communication and proactive problem-solving are essential, as is a willingness to iterate based on feedback and performance data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design digital marketing collateral, including social-media posts, email banners, web graphics, and display ads
- Create print assets such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and direct-mail pieces, working with print vendors on specifications and proofs
- Develop infographics, charts, and data visualizations to simplify complex information and enhance content readability
- Produce presentation decks and sales enablement materials, ensuring visual consistency and clarity of messaging
- Maintain and update the brand style guide, component libraries, and asset repositories for team-wide use
- Optimize graphics for performance (file size, resolution) across web, mobile, and print formats
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, provide design recommendations, and incorporate stakeholder feedback
