The Event Marketing Manager is responsible for end-to-end planning and delivery of both in-person and virtual events that generate brand awareness and qualified leads.
Core responsibilities:
- Sourcing, negotiating, and managing venues, vendors, and sponsors for conferences, meetups, and trade shows
- Designing virtual event programs, including webinars, virtual summits, and live-streamed panels, using platforms like ON24 or Zoom Webinar
- Owning registration workflows, attendee communications, and post-event lead nurturing campaigns
- Collaborating with Content and Creative teams to develop agendas, speaker kits, and promotional materials
- Measuring event ROI through pipeline attribution, attendee feedback, and engagement metrics
- Creating standardized playbooks and workflows to scale recurring event programs
The Event Marketing Manager ensures that every event aligns with overall marketing objectives, budget constraints, and brand standards.
