The Affiliate Marketing Manager builds and scales performance-based partnerships to drive incremental revenue and expand market reach through third-party publishers, influencers, and partner networks.
Role responsibilities include:
- Setting up and managing affiliate programs on networks such as Impact, ShareASale, and CJ Affiliate
- Recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing high-value affiliates, influencers, and content partners
- Defining commission structures, incentive models, and promotional offers to motivate partners
- Monitoring affiliate performance metrics—clicks, conversions, revenue—and optimizing program tactics
- Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, FTC regulations, and network policies
- Generating regular performance reports and strategic recommendations for budget allocation
